Surprise. Rotten Wood!
The start of the whole thing was a leaking patio . . . when it rained water leaked into the garage (used as a recording studio) below. We guessed that it had been leaking for a while, but it looks like it has been leaking for many years., well before we purchased the house.
The dumpster! So it begins!
Arrived at 6:50 am on the first day. Our life is so going to change for a while.

The Before picture . . .
From the front of the house the day before the dumpster arrived. The roofline, patio and front stairs will look very different in 90 days or so.
